My coldwater reef tank.

So I thought I would finally post some pics of what I have been working on. I'm excited to present this to my fellow temperate fans Here is the video first then pics.

Thanks:-D this tank is all about the nems! I think I have 45 altogether plus or minus ones hiding. I'm trying to set up another tank for the rose anemone. It doesn't play well with any of the others... Not one bit. I've had to remove him a couple times from other nems in the past few days. I know I need to change the water. Better quality will settle him down I believe. That happens monday. But since I'm getting the lumpsucker I was thinking about an 8 gallon nano from aqueon. They are made with 1/4" acrylic which might work. And a brand new aqua vita chiller for $200.

Sounds good! Where and how did you get your livestock?

I collected a majority of them from the Oregon coast. I got a bunch of the painted anemones from the Seaside and cannon beach area and some from the Newport area. And I also get livestock from Coldwater Marine Aquatics. In fact I just got done having a 8 gallon temperate nano at the largest frag swap in Washington. I met up with them an got several new items. A garabaldi damsel, a sweet colony of corynactis, orange sea cucumber, bat star,vermillion star, cryptic kelp crab, and red fin Waspfish who met an untimely end to my painted nem while introducing him to the nano tank at the frag swap.
