Shark keepers? Empty Shark keepers?

Does anyone here keep coldwater shark?
I was offered some pups of Scyliorhinus torazame and Scyliorchinus canicula and I was wondering if anybody here has kept them or any similar species?

If I was to take them they would live in my 11' tank that I am planning to fill with cooler water, maybe...

There is a group of British temperate marine keepers on Facebook and I remember one of them having a cat shark of some kind in a tank.
