I am going to be using it, probably feeding it into the air intake on my protein skimmer.

I've been watching a lot of auctions on ebay for the Red Sea Aquazones, but they are still a little more than I want to spend. I may just go with a ozonator designed for food and water purification and get a seperate ORP meter.

I haven't found any down side to using ozone on a temperate system yet, everyone I've talked to about it has been all for it.

Found this article that really helped me Smile It doesn't reference temperate aquariums directly but most all of the info crosses over.

http://www.reef-eden.net/ozone_in_the_reef_aquarium.htm

After re-reading that article, I may wait on my system to add ozone until I see what the effects of having the 50lbs of tropical live rock hidden in the false bottom are in relation to bacterial growth. My tank barely produces skimmate right now with the low bio load anyways, no reason to get ahead of myself with expensive gadgetry Laughing

I'm going to use it. It really helps clear the water in the spring when everyone in the tank decides to releases eggs etc. Especially when the macros release tannins or whatever.
