New Here from Virginia

I'm so glad to find a forum dedicated to temperate tanks! I'm not new to the hobby as a whole - have been keeping freshwater my entire life, set up my first tropical reef tank about 5 years ago, and now have three tropical reef tanks (a 3 gallon pico, 24 gallon and a 90 gallon), a 24 gallon seahorse tank and a 5 gallon "nothing much" temperate in addition to three freshwater tanks (including a 30 gallon discus tank - LOVE it!).

With new availability of livestock I've decided to try to do something with the 5 gallon tank, and recognize that there is a lot I don't know about how to keep one successfully. The good news is that I won't need to worry about a cycle since it's been running for over 2 years (with catalina gobies and an anemone sold to me by LiveAquaria as a beadlet but more likely an aggregating anemone), but with new livestock on its way from Stu I figured I'd better study up on possible pitfalls and filtration techniques. Looking forward to learning from everybody!
